Our team is proud to present one of its latest creations: a custom-made stacker, entirely designed, manufactured and developed by us.
This stacker is particularly compact and easy to handle to work comfortably in tight spaces. It uses electric energy to lift the load effortlessly and even recharges its batteries during the descent!
A stainless steel stacker for food industry applications
Made of stainless steel and made of waterproof boxes, the specific design of this stacker makes it cleanable, hygienic, waterproof in order to satisfy applications in the food industry. The stacker is designed to be resistant to a corrosive, humid environment, in the presence of acidity and salts. The equipment is waterproof and can be easily cleaned with a jet.
This electric stacker is CE certified after having successfully passed the regulatory control and the load test tests. It is delivered with its user and maintenance manual. We also provide the assembly drawings listing its various components and spare parts.
An autonomous stacker, powered by a rechargeable electric battery
Its rechargeable batteries power the electric motor, enabling effortless lifting of loads. Handling and moving heavy items becomes significantly easier for the user. The equipment enhances comfort and ergonomics with various controls, offering two-speed options for lifting and lowering.
The motor programming, carried out by our team, ensures optimal system performance, providing an exceptional user experience: customizable acceleration ramps, automatic stops at endpoints, and energy recovery during lowering.

Thus, for our client GIE BIOTOP and its “Près des Vosges” maturing cellar located in Relanges (88), we have studied and produced this electric stacker which meets their specific constraints of size, maneuverability, load capacity and working height.
