1. Definitions

The following terms, which begin with a capital letter, shall have the following meaning: ‘Personal data’ – any information relating to an identified natural person or a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to that person.

The processing of your personal data is based, depending on the case :

• the performance of a contract or a pre-contractual measure; or 
• the legitimate interest pursued by SMI LE SUR MESURE INDUSTRIEL.

4. For what purposes do you process my data?

SMI LE SUR MESURE INDUSTRIEL collects and processes your personal data for some or all of the following purposes:  As part of the operation of the Site:

• Management of requests concerning our commercial offers;
• Management of applications for our job and internship offers;

6. How and for how long will my personal data be kept?

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights with regard to your personal data have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL or to the supervisory authority in your place of residence.

10. Transfer of data outside the European Union

SMI LE SUR MESURE INDUSTRIEL does not transfer data outside the European Union. In all cases, SMI LE SUR MESURE INDUSTRIEL undertakes not to transfer personal data to a country outside the European Union without taking all appropriate guarantees.

11. Modification of this Data Protection Policy
